RAW NATURAL MATERIALS CARRY FROM THE OUTSIDE IN, FURTHER CONNECTING THE HOUSE TO THE GARDEN. LIGHTER GLASS AND REFINED CABINETRY COMPLEMENT THE RAW STEEL AND LIMESTONE SURFACES.

SITTING AT THE CORNER BETWEEN A RESIDENTIAL AREA AND A COMMERCIAL STREET, THIS HOUSE MARRIES THE CHARACTERISTICS OF EACH ZONE. USE OF RECLAIMED AND RECYCLED MATERIALS REINFORCES THE INDUSTRIAL FEEL OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD, WHILE THE FORMS RELATE TO THE NEIGHBORING HOMES.
